PARTS & CONSTUCTION
The Cobb can be disassembled into a few key components, all Stainless steel, making it easy to place in a dishwasher or clean by hand. The outer casting will never get hot, even if the temperature inside is above 450 degrees!
The inner sleeve not only conducts heat to the surface but also holds fats and juices away from the coals while keeping them near enough to hold all the flavor, ideal for cooking vegetables. The Fire Grid holds the small amount of coals in the center, keeping the efficient nature of the Cobb intact. The cooking surface, tested to withstand high temperatures, is coated in non stick materials and ideally designed to both cook efficiently, while channeling flavor. Finally, the dome cover creates the convection cooking circulation and ensures that no heat is lost and that anything placed in the Cobb Grill will cook to perfection! |
